Ukraine Energy Grid Hit By Russian Attacks

Russia continues to attack Ukraine's power system. This has caused many power outages. The Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions are affected. Essential services are not working well. This shows how weak the power grid is. This is the 1,414th day of the war. Important places in these southern areas needed emergency generators. This shows they are not safe.

Western allies met in Paris. They plan to send soldiers to Ukraine. This will happen after a peace agreement. Russia's attacks are thought to be deliberate. They want to stop power during the cold winter. Millions of people have no electricity or water. The Mayor of Dnipro city said hospitals used backup power. This is dangerous for people. Ukraine's Prime Minister said energy workers are working hard. They face attacks every day. They try to give people light and heat.
