Car Crashes into Café in Latsia

A quiet Thursday morning in a Latsia neighbourhood was suddenly interrupted. A car drove off the road and crashed into a local café. Three people were hurt, but their injuries were minor.

The accident happened just before midday. The car hit the front of the café very hard. It damaged the outdoor seating area, pulled a tree out of the ground, and sent tables and chairs flying. People who saw it happen said there was a sudden, very loud crash. Everyone inside the café quickly tried to get to safety.

After the crash, the area was a mess. There was twisted metal, broken furniture, and pieces of the building everywhere. The tree was lying across the path. Police and ambulance workers arrived quickly. They treated the three injured people at the scene for cuts from flying objects. Luckily, no one had to go to the hospital.

The police say the driver lost control of the car, but they do not yet know why. They have started an official investigation to find the cause. Shop owners near the café began cleaning up the broken glass and trying to fix their businesses.

This event shows how a simple traffic problem can become dangerous for people in public places. The community is now thinking about what happened. Everyone is waiting for the police investigation to finish, while the café owners work hard to clean and repair their shop.
