Last weekend, police checked 572 drivers. They gave 258 tickets for breaking traffic rules. Many drivers were caught driving under the influence of alcohol. 49 drivers were reported for this. Two drivers tested positive for drugs. Police also took eight cars and arrested two people.
A driver was caught doing "drifting" in Alayköy last night. This is very dangerous. The driver got a big fine and lost many points on their license.
