Flights Return to Cyprus Airports

Flights are coming back to Cyprus airports. Major airlines started flying again on Saturday. This is good news after flights stopped because of problems in the Middle East. Emirates is one of the main airlines. It now flies every day from Larnaca to Dubai.

Travel was difficult when flights were cancelled. This was because of fighting in the Middle East. However, things are getting better now. Airlines are starting their flights again. Hermes, the company that runs the airports, said there are many more flights. On Monday, Larnaca Airport had 102 flights. Paphos Airport had 36 flights.

Big airlines from Europe are flying again. Lufthansa, Austrian, Edelweiss, and Eurowings have started. British Airways, easyJet, and Transavia are also flying. This shows that flying in the region is becoming safe again.

The Emirates flight between Larnaca and Dubai is important. It flies every day. It helps tourists and business people travel. The airline’s quick return shows it believes in the Cyprus market.

Flights to the United Kingdom are also back. Wizz Air, British Airways, easyJet, Jet2, and Ryanair are flying. Greece also has many flights. Aegean, Sky Express, Cyprus Airways, and Wizz Air fly there often. These flights help tourism and business.

However, some airlines have not started yet. Gulf Air, Etihad, and Qatar Airways are not flying. Flights to Israel, Qatar, and Bahrain are still affected. All flights will not be back to normal right away. These new flights will help Cyprus tourism and connect people again.
