Kabul Drug Centre Hit by Air Raid

A serious air raid happened at a drug rehabilitation centre in Kabul. This happened on Monday evening. Many people were hurt or died. The Taliban government quickly blamed Pakistan. The attack was around 8:50 PM. This has made problems between the two countries worse. Reports say many people were injured or killed.

Afghanistan's health ministry said the centre had no military parts. This means there was no reason for an attack. Hospital workers saw many people leaving the building. Over 30 bodies were seen. The centre was treating about 2,000 people. It was partly on fire. Family members looked for their loved ones outside. People nearby heard loud bangs and aircraft.

The Taliban said Pakistan attacked on purpose. However, Pakistan strongly denied this. Pakistan's information ministry said their attacks were on military targets. They said their strikes were careful. They wanted to avoid hurting civilians. This is very different from what happened.

There have been problems between the countries for a long time. They often accuse each other of helping militant groups. Pakistan says it has attacked militants in Afghanistan. The Taliban say Pakistan's forces enter Afghan territory.

The large number of victims is a sad event. Many people have died or are badly hurt. This attack has made people feel more afraid. The different stories from Kabul and Islamabad show mistrust. The world will watch this situation. It could cause more diplomatic problems.
