US Senators Meet Cyprus President

A group of important United States senators recently met with Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides. They met in Nicosia, the capital city. The senators said they greatly admired the President's leadership. They also praised the strong relationship between the United States and Cyprus. This meeting showed how important Cyprus is to the US.

The discussions lasted several hours. They talked about the good relationship between the two countries. Both sides want to work together more in important areas. President Christodoulides told them about his recent work in the US. He wanted to bring more investment to Cyprus. He also plans more visits soon. The American senators liked this idea.
