Investment company 7Q Invest has finished its plan to buy shares in LCP Holdings. The results came out on Friday. This means 7Q Invest now owns much more of LCP Holdings. The company is now closer to having the most voting rights.
The offer started on November 20, 2025. 7Q Invest wanted to buy all of LCP Holdings' shares. They did not buy everything. However, this shows 7Q Invest wants to be more involved. Now, 7Q Invest owns 48.91% of LCP Holdings. This is more than before. They bought 1,807,043 more shares for €0.141 each.
At the same time, 7Q Invest owns a little less indirectly. This ownership went down from 26.11% to 25.94%. This change was announced on January 22, 2026. It seems the company is changing its ownership structure. LCP Holdings has 25,655,723 ordinary shares. Each share is worth €0.11.
The buying followed Cyprus law. 1,807,043 LCP shares were accepted. This is 7.04% of all shares. Some shares were not counted. This was because they were pledged and not released. Some forms also arrived too late.
This action by 7Q Invest will affect LCP Holdings. 7Q Invest will have more control. They will have a bigger say in important decisions.
