A company called Düzce Ulaşım A.Ş. helped create the plan. They have detailed ideas for how to make it happen. The plan also includes changing signs at roundabouts. It will also look at the rules for how close cars should be on the road. These changes should make roads safer for everyone.
Minister Arıklı said the government will talk to many people about the plan. This is important because the plan will affect many people.
