Iran Protests Continue For Third Day

Protests and strikes are happening in Iran. This is the third day of these actions. The country's money, the rial, is worth less. It is worth less than the US dollar. People are not happy with the economy.

Shopkeepers in Tehran started a strike. Now, many other cities have strikes too. Police used gas on large groups. Students also joined the protests. They are angry with the government.

The economy is difficult. The rial's value has dropped a lot. People can buy less food and things. Prices are going up. People are angry about money problems. They are protesting and striking.

President Pezeshkian knows this is serious. He asked the minister to talk to protesters. They want to find solutions. The President also changed the bank leader. This could mean new money plans.

Iranians outside Iran support the protesters. Reza Pahlavi said the economy will not get better. He said this from the US. The government is trying to calm people. But protesters are still shouting. They are angry about money and the government. We will see what happens next.
