The man is free. He can go back to the Republic of Cyprus. But he must wait in the north. He will wait for his friend's case. The court will decide on December 22nd.
Three other people were arrested too. They were released before. They went home to the south. The charges were about privacy and other things. The judge ordered the man's release.
