The deal comes after many talks. Bank workers wanted these changes. Cyprus banks are doing well. This helped both sides agree. Many workers will get help.
All staff will get €4,500. This will be in three parts. They will get it in 2025, 2026, and 2027. Also, monthly pay will go up. Salaries will rise by €50 each month. This is a total of €100 more per month.
Staff get six extra holiday days. This is for everyone. They will have more rest time. Loans are also better. They can borrow more money. House loans are now €180,000. Car loans are up to €30,000. These loans have low interest.
This deal will help banks and workers.
