Fighting has started in Congo. This is in the east part of the country. It happened one week after a peace talk. A group called M23 is moving to Uvira town. Some people say Rwanda helps M23.
This fighting is bad for people. About 200,000 people left their homes. Many people also died. This is sad news.
Peace talks are hard. A talk on December 4th was to stop fighting. But new fighting shows plans are not working. M23 fights the Congo army.

This fighting makes peace talks less important. Rwanda is a problem for peace. Fighting will likely continue. Countries want peace. But groups still fight.
