Storm Byron Coming to Cyprus

Cyprus has an orange weather warning. Storm Byron is coming. It will bring rain and wind. This could be a problem. The weather office gave the warning. It starts Tuesday night. It ends Wednesday morning. People in the east should not travel. This is for Ayia Napa and Paralimni.

The storm is called Byron. It caused damage before. Now it will hit the east. The worst weather is Tuesday night. It will be dangerous for homes. It is also not safe for people.

Lots of rain is coming. It could be 35 to 55 mm each hour. This can cause floods. Roads may have water. Driving will be hard. Winds will be strong. The sea will be rough. Coastal places are dangerous.

It will be colder. Inland, it will be 10 degrees. In the mountains, it will be 3 degrees. Snow might fall on top. It will get warmer Wednesday.

The warning means roads and homes are in danger. Watch out for floods and wind. Trees might fall. Lights could go out. Please do not travel. This keeps you safe. It helps helpers too. The storm will leave Wednesday. Some rain may stay.
