A drone hit a kindergarten in Sudan. This was a very sad event. Many people died, and most were young children. It happened last Thursday in a town called Kalogi. Doctors said about fifty people died. Thirty-three of them were children.

This is a very bad attack on children. The war started in April 2023. A group called the Sudan Doctors' Network said two missiles hit the school. People went to help the injured. But, they were also attacked. This made helping very hard.

Two groups are fighting in Sudan. They blame each other for this attack. One group said the other group did it. But the other group said no. They said the first group attacked a market.

This bad event is part of a big fight. The fight is for power. The war has made many people leave their homes. Places like schools are often hurt.

UNICEF said hurting children at school is wrong. They want the fighting to stop. They want people to get help safely. This attack makes people want peace more.
