Congo and Rwanda signed a paper for peace. They wanted to stop the fighting. But sadly, fighting started again fast. This was in eastern Congo. Many people had to leave their homes. They ran to Rwanda to be safe.
The leaders met to sign the peace paper. They wanted to stop the old fighting. Ministers from both countries signed it. Some people saw no friendship between the leaders. This looked like a bad sign.
Right after the meeting, fighting began. A town near the border became a fight place. The Congo army fought M23 rebels. Soldiers from Burundi helped the Congo army too. The fighting was very strong. Burundi's help made things worse. A person from Burundi said, "Fighting is getting worse. It is very risky."
Many people are in danger now. They are stuck in the fighting. This shows peace talks are different from real life. Some think M23 rebels started fighting to show they are strong. They want to change the talks. The fast fighting shows outside help might not fix the problem.
