Iran and US Argue

Tensions are high in the Middle East. Iran and the United States had a big argument. Former President Donald Trump warned Iran. He said Iran had 48 hours. Trump said Iran must open the Strait of Hormuz. This is a very important place for ships. Trump also said he would destroy Iranian power plants. This made world energy markets worried. People are afraid of a bigger war.

The Strait of Hormuz is important for oil and gas. Iran may have attacked Qatar's gas fields. This made energy prices go up. Gas and oil prices increased. Iran also said an attack happened at a nuclear site. More is not known about this.

Iran's President Pezeshkian wants peace. He called it "US-Israeli aggression." He wants safety for the region. But Iran also fired long-range missiles. These missiles can reach European cities. This shows Iran's missile power.

The United States may change plans. They might do less military action against Iran. This is because the conflict could get worse. US Marines are ready. They are talking to other countries. British forces shot down Iranian missiles. Other countries are also involved.
