Middle East Conflict Affects Flights and Prices

The problem in the Middle East is now three weeks old. It makes international flights difficult. It also changes world oil prices. Many airlines stopped flights to the area. Many people had to change their travel plans. They are not sure about flying.

Airports in Cyprus had fewer planes. But now, things are better. Some airlines, like Lufthansa, fly again. Emirates started flights from Larnaca to Dubai. This is a slow return to normal. Larnaca airport has 102 flights daily. Paphos airport has 36 flights.

The problem also changes oil prices. Oil prices went up a lot. This is because people worry about oil. They worry about attacks on oil places. This makes oil prices higher.

Ships also have problems. Some sea routes are not safe. This makes investors worried.

But stock markets are doing better. They have grown for three days. People worry less about oil. Markets in Asia also got better. The US dollar is weaker. The Middle East problem affects everyone. We will see what happens next.
