Saudi Arabia Stops Missiles Near Capital

Saudi Arabia stopped four missiles on Wednesday. The missiles went to Riyadh, the capital city. This shows big problems in the Middle East. The area has been unsafe for three weeks. The missiles were broken over west Riyadh. This is near the Diplomatic Quarter. The attacks are a danger from a fight. This fight also affects world oil prices.

Saudi Arabia’s top diplomat told Iran to stop. He said they are tired of these attacks. He also said Saudi Arabia can fight back. The Saudi Ministry of Defence said they stopped the missiles. Some pieces fell in the city. But no one was hurt and nothing was broken. Saudi Arabia stops many missiles. They are trying to stop attacks.

Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister spoke. He said, "We cannot wait forever." He did not say when Saudi Arabia will act. This shows Saudi Arabia and friends are tired of Iran's attacks. The Minister also said other countries nearby can fight back.

These missiles in Riyadh are part of more attacks. Iran is blamed for these attacks. Other places in the Gulf were also hit. Qatar's gas place was broken. The United Arab Emirates' gas plant also had damage. These attacks on energy places seem planned. They make people worry about world energy.

Riyadh had a meeting on Thursday. Foreign ministers met there. They talked about making the region safer. Many countries came. They want to stop the dangers. They also want peace.
