Countries Help With High Fuel Prices

Many countries want to help people. They have high costs for fuel. They use different plans to make prices lower. This is because oil prices are very high. World problems make oil hard to get.

Some countries in Europe are helping. Greece limits how much money fuel sellers can make. Croatia and Hungary set top prices for gas. Germany says gas stations can only change prices one time each day. Cyprus is thinking about price limits.

Other countries outside Europe also help. South Korea has a fuel price limit. Thailand also limits prices or profits. The International Energy Agency will give out oil. This will help make prices steady.

High prices happen for many reasons. There are world problems. People worry about oil coming through a key sea path. This makes prices go up and down.

If problems continue, prices may rise more. The oil from the agency might help for a little time. But people are worried about the future. Prices could get very high.
