The report looked at medical papers. They found problems. One worker took over 200 sick days. This person gave many medical notes. Most notes were from only two doctors. This is strange. It suggests the sick notes might not be real.
The system for checking sick leave is weak. Staff often give papers late. So, the Prisons Department cannot check them fast. This makes the system weak. It is hard to check if health problems were real. Many cases are still waiting.
These problems make things hard for working staff. Prisons are less safe. The system needs to change. Authorities must act fast. They need to make things fair.
