Eighty-two people are safe in Cyprus now. They came from Saudi Arabia on Tuesday. Some people were from Cyprus. Others were from other EU countries. The plane landed at Larnaca Airport. The government did a good job.
This is part of a big plan. The Cyprus government wants to help its people. Many people could not leave. They were in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar. The Foreign Ministry and a crisis team worked together.
The crisis team planned it all. They worked with Cyprus helpers in Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabian helpers also gave much help. They worked well together. There is fighting in the Middle East.
More people will come home. Over 500 people have come from Dubai. The Cyprus government works hard. They will help more people. They want everyone to be safe. Cyprus cares for its people.
