The poison is called cereulide. It makes babies very sick. It causes bad tummy pain and throwing up. This poison is not killed by heat. So, making the milk does not remove it. They want to know how bad things got in the milk. They also want to know if companies kept it safe.
The bad ingredient might be from oil. This oil helps babies grow. The bad oil may come from a company in China. This company is called Cabio Biotech. The UK will not use this company now.
Nestle, Lactalis, and Danone are part of the Paris study. Babybio and La Marque en moins are also in it. Many parents said their babies threw up. This started the study. It shows babies can get sick. Parents are worried.
