Four People Guilty in Killing Case

Four people are guilty. This is the first part of a court case. The case is about the killing of Thanasis Kalogeropoulos. The court in Limassol, Cyprus, made this decision. The guilty people are 23 to 46 years old. They all helped in the killing. More about their jobs will be known later. This is a big step. Thanasis Kalogeropoulos died on October 30th last year. The killing was planned.

The four people have many charges. They planned to kill. They used guns and explosives. They also burned a car. The youngest person is 24. He is accused of helping the killers. The charges show the crime was complex. It seems it was planned a lot.

Thanasis Kalogeropoulos was killed going to swim. Killers stopped him in a car park. The car park was near a restaurant. The court showed many videos and phone records.

The court heard from 75 people. They also saw 555 pieces of proof. The court thinks there is enough proof for a full trial. The guilty people did not talk in court. They will bring their own people later.

The charges are very serious. If found guilty of murder, they can go to jail for life. The next part of the trial is February 24th. This will decide their punishment. This first decision is important. The proof shows a planned violent act.
