The main idea is to use fewer private cars. People buy cars because buses are not good. The Minister of Transport, Erhan Arıklı, said people spend much money on cars. He thinks the new plan will save money. Many new cars come to the island each month. This is too much for our roads.
A company helped make the plan. They have good ideas. The plan will change signs on roads. It will also look at rules for cars on the road. These changes will make roads safer.
Minister Arıklı said the government will talk to people. This plan will help many people. The goal is a better transport system. It will use more public transport. This is a big step for Northern Cyprus.
