Flag Attack Condemned by Leader

Northern Cyprus leader Ünal Üstel is very sad. Someone tried to hurt the Turkish flag. He said this is bad. People in Northern Cyprus love Turkey. They will stand strong.

This happened near a border. Some people from a group called YPG did it. Turkey and Northern Cyprus think YPG is bad. Prime Minister Üstel said the flag is important. It shows pride and strength.

He warned that hurting the flag is not good. It is like an attack on the country. He said the flag will stay up. The nation will not give up.

This shows how close Northern Cyprus and Turkey are. They have the same ideas. They want to be safe. They both fight bad groups like YPG. Üstel's words make people feel proud.
