US and Venezuela in Disagreement Over Airspace

A problem has started between the United States and Venezuela. It is about who controls the air above Venezuela. The problem began when the former US president, Donald Trump, wrote a post online. He said the airspace above Venezuela was closed. He did not use official government channels to say this.

Venezuela was very angry about this. The government said it was an attack on their country. Because of this, Venezuela decided to stop all flights from the US that were sending migrants back. They also took away permission for six international airlines to operate. Those airlines had already stopped flying to Venezuela because the US had warned that it was not safe.

Important politicians in the US are also worried. They say that according to US law, only Congress can make big decisions about war, not a former president.

This situation is causing many problems. It is difficult for planes to fly, and it makes the relationship between the two countries worse. There is a fear that the disagreement could become more serious and dangerous.
