Uganda Votes: President Leads, Opposition Worried

Uganda had a big vote on Thursday. It was a hard day. The internet did not work in the country. President Yoweri Museveni is winning the count. But there are sad stories about Bobi Wine. He is the main other candidate. Soldiers took Bobi Wine from his home.

The vote had many problems. People said it was not fair. Some supporters of Bobi Wine were hurt. President Museveni is expected to win again. This will be his sixth time as leader. Bobi Wine's party said soldiers took him. His son also said his parents were arrested. Bobi Wine said police were at his house.

This vote was very hard. People from other countries watched. They worried the government stopped the other side. The internet stop made it hard to see results. It was also hard to share news. This made people think the vote was not fair.

There were also reports of fighting. The police said they defended themselves. But Bobi Wine's party said soldiers attacked them. Ten people on their team died. Other people also died. At least seven opposition supporters died. The opposition thinks the vote was not real. The world is watching Uganda. People are worried about freedom and Bobi Wine.
