Juan Orlando Hernández is a man from Honduras. He was the president of his country. Now, he has big problems in two countries.
First, he was in prison in the United States for a long time. The president of the United States said he can leave prison. Now he is free there.
But Honduras wants him, too. The police in Honduras say he took a lot of money. It is twelve million dollars. They want to find him and bring him home.
So, he is free in one country, but the other country wants to put him in prison. He says he will not go to Honduras now. He says it is not safe.
