For many years, there is fighting. One country helps a bad group. The other country helps a different bad group. Many people must leave their homes.
The USA helps the two leaders talk. They sign a paper. The paper says: stop helping the bad groups. Respect the other country.
The leaders say they will try. The USA president is happy. He says this is good for their people.
Now, the two countries must do what the paper says.
