The European Union has a new idea. They want to help Ukraine with money. They will use money from frozen Russian bank accounts.
The plan is for 90 billion euros. This money is for 2026 and 2027. It will pay for many things Ukraine needs.
The EU leader says this makes the war more difficult for Russia. All 27 countries in the EU must say "yes" to the plan.
