To use the websites, you need a special ID card. People asking for safety do not have this card. They only have a paper from the government.
Because of this, they cannot look for work online. They cannot get money help for their family or for sickness. They cannot put their children in school.
The government knows about this problem. They talked about it in 2022. But they did not fix it.
The report says Cyprus must find a solution. Everyone needs to use the government websites.
