Leader Talks About Big Ideas

The leader of the United States went to a big meeting. He talked about his plan. Other countries were not happy. He spoke about land and money.

The leader said he wants to buy a big island. He said it is for help. Friends were happy he did not plan war. But buying a place made people talk. He also said he will tax things from some countries. Leaders in those places were not happy. They thought his ideas were too strong.

Canada heard the leader's words. Their leader said things might change. He said big countries are getting stronger. He said old ways are ending. The United States leader then spoke about Canada. He said they did not seem thankful.

Some church leaders were worried. They wrote that his ideas hurt people. They feared for life. They also worried about less help for peace.

A big leader said countries are not talking. He said they use force more. This is bad for peace. Other groups also shared these fears. They warned against thinking about war. They said countries might want too much. The leader said he will do what is good for his country.
